Returns & Replacements.
At Princeton Balm Company, we will cheerfully accept your return of an item if you are not entirely satisfied with it. Please contact us immediately should you have an issue with any of our products. We will gladly refund your payment minus shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Please follow these guidelines should you find it necessary to return an item:
- Please notify us immediately of your intent to return an item.
- Once you have received authorization from Princeton Balm Company;
- Please Package your returned item carefully, and mail it to us in the condition that you received it.
- Please insure the item and use a tracking number when returning an item for exchange, or refund.
- Please do so within seven days.
- We reserve the right to substitute if you select a balm labeled out of stock.
- Gifts with purchases are on a first-come, first-served basis; should the GWP be out of stock at the time of your order, we reserve the right to replace it with an extra balm product.
